Every kilogram of polypropylene (PP) we recycle locally prevents approximately 2.75 kg of CO₂-equivalent emissions compared to importing virgin material.

That impact comes from three measurable sources:

1. Avoided virgin resin production
   Manufacturing new polypropylene from fossil fuels generates approximately 2.5 kg CO₂e per kg.

2. Avoided international transport emissions
   Importing virgin polymer adds roughly 0.25 kg CO₂e per kg through shipping and logistics.

3. Efficient local mechanical recycling
   Our optimized recycling processes emit significantly less carbon than primary polymer production.
